We pride ourselves on providing quality service to all our clients, so in consideration of others, we kindly request you note the following:
- After making an appointment, we ask you to please remember to arrange your diary appropriately.
- We provide a courtesy email reminder 2 days prior to your appointments. Please click on the green confirm button in the email to let us know you have confirmed.
- If you need to reschedule or cancel your appointment, please provide us with at least 48 hours notice to avoid our system automatically generating a $50 invoice. This also allows us the opportunity to refill that appointment time.
- Please arrive for your appointment on time to prevent shortening the treatment time we have allocated for you.
- During your appointment, please refrain from using your electronic devices.
- If possible, we recommend you don’t bring children to the clinic, so you may relax and get the most out of your appointment.
- If children are brought to the clinic, please ensure they are kept calm and use little voices.
- For their safety, children may not be permitted in the treatment room, so if you need to bring them with you, we recommend to have someone with you to mind them, or bring toys/iPads etc to keep them occupied.
